National Health Cooperative Symposium

KAMACOS in partnership with the Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperatives, DGRV, UHPC, Cooperative Medical Center Kansanga, Kisiizi Hospital Health Cooperative, and Rwerere Health Cooperative are organizing a one-day health cooperative dialogue in Kampala in commemoration of the 2025 Year of Cooperatives.

MEDICAL CAMP IN COMMEMORATION OF 2025 YEAR OF COOPERATIVES

KAMACOS organized a Medical Camp and Blood Donation Campaign in conjunction with DGRV, the Ministry of Trade Industry and Cooperatives, UHPC, Rukungiri district, Kisiizi Hospital, Cooperative Medical Center, and the Health Cooperative Movement in Uganda to promote and demonstrate the roles of Health cooperatives in Uganda.

Bukomansimbi Free Medical Camp 2024

The medical camp was a collaborative effort organized by KAMACOS in conjunction with MTIC, Kibinge, and UCA, held at Misanvu Demonstration Primary School. The camp was part of a series of events celebrating Cooperative Week, culminating in the International Day of Cooperatives.

Lira District Free Medical Camp 2023

The free medical camp was planned by the Kampala Medical and Allied Health Workers Cooperative Society limited on request of the ministry of cooperatives adopted by the national organizing committee for 101st International Day of Cooperative and the 29th United nations international day of cooperatives as one of the activities to be done to benefit the people of Lango sub-region as the country commemorated the day at the mayor’s garden in Lira city

Gulu Medical Camp 2023

Blood pressure and blood sugar screening and treatment, malaria, Ulcers, syphilis testing and treatment, HIV testing and counselling, drug refills, eye care and treatment, eye examination and dispensing of reading glasses, dental services, preventive health care services and general diagnostic care took place during the camp
