KAMACOS is a non-secterian organization open to all health proffessionals regardless of their economic status. Members are required submit an application and pay a membership fee of UGX 100,000/-. Other requirements include:

1. Purchase of at least two shares of UGX 100,000/- each
2. Insurance subscription of UGX 10,000/- per month
3. UGX 5,000/- for a Log Book
4. UGX 10,000/- for a member record note book which is issued after registration
5. T-shirt-40.000 (Fourty Thousand Shillings)
6. Annual Subscription - 100.000 [ one hundred thousand Shillings]
